Shopify.

How the policies work together

The Terms of Service govern use of the store and purchases. The Privacy Policy explains information

practices. The Return and Refund Policy controls return requests and refunds. The Shipping Policy

explains processing, transit, tracking, and delivery issues. If a product page gives a more customer-

friendly promise, that promise will control for that purchase.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By visiting the Site, creating an order , or using any service oﬀered through the Site, you agree to

these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the

Site. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract where you live, or use the Site with the

involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Store services

FurMagnit oﬀers consumer products through an online storefront hosted by Shopify. Product

descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, availability, and other details are provided as accurately as

reasonably possible. Screens and photography may display colors diﬀerently. We may correct errors,

update information, limit quantities, discontinue a product, or change a price before accepting an

order .

3. Orders and acceptance

Your checkout submission is an oﬀer to buy. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; it does not

always mean the order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including

suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error , payment failure, unavailable delivery service, unusual

quantities, or an address we cannot serve. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the

original payment method.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges

are shown before you place the order . You authorize the payment provider to charge the total shown

at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and contact

information. Payment information is handled by third-party payment providers; FurMagnit does not

need to receive or retain your full payment-card number .

5. Shipping, risk, and delivery

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carriers,

weather , address issues, demand, or events outside our reasonable control. The Shipping Policy is

part of these Terms. Responsibility for loss transfers only as allowed by applicable law; nothing here

removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

6. Returns and refunds

The Return and Refund Policy is part of these Terms. FurMagnit's current product promise is a 30-day

money-back guarantee. A customer does not need to provide a reason, but must contact us within

the stated window and follow the return instructions.

Using the Site and Product

7. Product use and care

The FurMagnit roller is intended to lift loose pet hair from suitable fabric surfaces such as

upholstery, bedding, clothing, and vehicle seats. Follow the instructions provided with the Product.

Test it first on a small, hidden area, especially on delicate, loose-weave, coated, or easily marked

materials. Keep the Product away from unsupervised children and pets. It is not a pet-grooming tool,

toy, medical device, or substitute for professional cleaning advice.

8. Limited license and intellectual property

The Site and its text, graphics, product names, designs, photographs, videos, and other content are

owned by or licensed to FurMagnit and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We

grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to access the Site for lawful shopping

and personal use. You may not copy, sell, scrape, frame, republish, or commercially exploit Site

content without written permission.

9. Reviews and other submissions

If you submit a review, photo, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the

right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You grant FurMagnit a non-

exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that

submission in connection with the store and its marketing. We may remove submissions that violate

these Terms. We will not publish private support communications as testimonials without

permission.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the Site to violate law or another person's rights; submit false information;

introduce malware; interfere with security; scrape or harvest data without permission; impersonate

another person; conduct fraud; send spam; or attempt unauthorized access to the Site, an account,

or a payment system. We may suspend access or cancel orders associated with prohibited conduct.

11. Third-party tools and links

The Site may rely on Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, advertising services,

and links to third-party sites. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.

We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or independent acts,

except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Promotions

Discounts and promotional oﬀers may have separate eligibility, timing, and redemption rules. Unless

an oﬀer says otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed

or withdrawn before an eligible order is placed.

Responsibility and disputes

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.

” We

do not promise that access will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Product warranties are

limited to the promises expressly stated on the Site or required by law. Some jurisdictions do not

allow certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FurMagnit and its service providers will not be liable for

indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or Product.

For claims that may lawfully be limited, FurMagnit's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid

for the order giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, personal

injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify FurMagnit from third-party

claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of

these Terms, or content you submit. This section does not require you to indemnify FurMagnit for

FurMagnit's own negligence or misconduct.

16. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, customers, or

third parties, or to address a violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive

termination will survive, including intellectual-property, payment, disclaimer , liability, and dispute

provisions.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law

rules. Any dispute not resolved informally may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in New

York, unless consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Before filing a claim,

you and FurMagnit agree to make a good-faith eﬀort to resolve the issue through customer support.

18. General terms

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts remain eﬀective. A delay in

enforcing a right is not a waiver . These Terms, together with policies and order-specific terms

displayed at checkout, form the agreement between you and FurMagnit for the Site and your order .

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without consent; we may transfer ours as part

of a business reorganization or sale, subject to law.

19. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new eﬀective date. Changes apply

prospectively unless law permits otherwise. Questions may be sent through the Contact page on the

Site.

This Privacy Policy explains how FurMagnit collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information

when you visit the Site, communicate with us, or place an order . Shopify hosts the storefront and

supports store operations.

Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:

Contact and order information: name, email address, phone number , billing and shipping

addresses, products ordered, order value, and transaction history.

Payment information: payment status, transaction identifiers, and limited card details such as

brand and last digits. Full card information is generally processed by payment providers rather

than stored by FurMagnit.

Device and activity information: Internet Protocol address, browser and device type,

approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring page, clicks, and

shopping activity.

Communications and submissions: support requests, survey responses, reviews, photos,

comments, and other information you choose to send.

Marketing preferences: whether you consent to receive promotional messages and how you

2. Where information comes from

We receive information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; and from

service providers involved in the Site, payments, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising, fulfillment,

and delivery. We may also receive information when you interact with a FurMagnit advertisement or

social-media page.

We use personal information to operate the Site; process, fulfill, track, and refund orders; provide

support; communicate about orders; detect fraud and protect security; personalize the shopping

experience; measure performance; improve products and marketing; comply with legal obligations;

and send marketing where permitted. We may use aggregated or de-identified information for

Return & Refund PolicyEﬀective September 22, 2026

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your FurMagnit Product, request a

return within 30 days after delivery. You do not need to provide a reason.

1. Start a return

delivery. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will reply with

return instructions and the return destination. Do not send an item to an address shown on a

shipping label unless customer support confirms that address for the return.

2. Return condition

You may inspect and reasonably try the Product. Return it with all components and, when reasonably

possible, its original packaging. We may refuse a refund for an item that is materially damaged

through misuse, intentionally altered, missing substantial components, or returned as a diﬀerent

item. This does not limit rights for defective or misdescribed goods.

3. Return shipping

If the Product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly. We will provide a

prepaid return method or another appropriate solution. For a satisfaction return that is not caused

by our error , the customer is responsible for return shipping unless customer support confirms

otherwise. Original outbound shipping charges, if any, are refundable only when required by law or

when the return is due to our error .

4. Refund timing and method

After the returned Product is received and checked, or after we confirm that no return is required,

we will notify you and issue any approved refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card

provider may take additional time to post the credit. If a refund appears delayed after FurMagnit

confirms it was issued, contact the payment provider first and then contact us.

5. Cancellations and address changes

cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins. If an order has already shipped, use the return

process after delivery.

6. Exceptions

The guarantee applies to Products purchased directly from the FurMagnit Site. Purchases from

another seller are governed by that seller's policy. Returns requested after 30 days may be declined

unless applicable law provides an additional right. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable

consumer rights.

1. Where we ship

FurMagnit Products ship from within the United States. Destinations currently available for an order

are shown at checkout. If checkout does not accept an address, we cannot ship to that address at

that time.

2. Processing and delivery estimates

Orders require processing before shipment. Once shipped, typical delivery is around 8 days. This is

an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Weekends, holidays, carrier conditions, severe weather ,

demand, address problems, and events outside our reasonable control may aﬀect timing.

3. Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at

checkout. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. Check spam or junk folders if an

expected shipping notice is missing.

4. Accurate addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us

immediately if an address needs to be changed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment

begins. If a package is returned because of an incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address, contact

us to discuss reshipment or a refund, less costs that applicable law permits us to deduct.

Quick expectation: the store's published estimate is around 8 days after shipment. Tracking

and carrier events determine the most current delivery status.

Delivery issues and support

5. Delayed, lost, or marked-delivered packages

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us through the Site's Contact page with

your order number . If tracking says “delivered” but you cannot find the package, check the delivery

area, household members, neighbors, and any notice from the carrier , then contact the carrier and

FurMagnit. We will help investigate and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and

applicable law.

6. Damage in transit

If an order arrives damaged, keep the Product and packaging and contact us promptly. Include the

order number and clear photos if available. Photos help us document carrier or fulfillment problems;

they do not remove rights you have under applicable law.

7. International duties

For any international destination oﬀered at checkout, import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees,

or local charges may apply. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for those

charges. Customs processing may delay delivery.
